Autism Therapy for Children in Hyderabad
TheraPeace provides autism assessment and structured intervention at our centre in Habsiguda, Hyderabad. Speech therapy, occupational therapy, behaviour therapy and psychology work as one team on one plan, because autism rarely affects just one area of development.
Signs parents usually notice first
Limited or no speech by expected milestones
Not responding to their name consistently
Little eye contact or shared attention
Repetitive movements or rigid routines
Strong reactions to sounds, textures or change
Playing alone, or playing with toys in unusual ways
One sign alone proves nothing. A pattern of them is worth assessing. Waiting to see if a child grows out of it costs the months where intervention works best.
How assessment works at TheraPeace
Assessment is done by our clinical team using standardised tools, structured observation and a detailed parent interview, across more than one session. You get findings explained in plain language and a written plan with specific goals. If your child also needs a medical evaluation, we will say so and refer you.
What therapy looks like here
Depending on the assessment, your child's plan may combine speech and language therapy, occupational therapy for sensory and motor concerns, structured behaviour intervention, and psychological support. The same therapists work with your child session after session, parents are part of the plan, and progress is reviewed against written goals.
Where we are
Our centre is at Goodlife Retreat, Kakateeya Nagar, Habsiguda. Families come from Habsiguda, Tarnaka, Uppal, Nacharam, ECIL, Malkajgiri, LB Nagar and across Hyderabad.

Common questions
At what age can autism be assessed?
Reliable assessment is possible in toddlerhood. If you have concerns before age two, an assessment is still useful: it either rules things out or starts early intervention when it matters most.
Does my child need a diagnosis before starting therapy?
No. Therapy targets your child's actual difficulties, which the assessment identifies. A formal medical diagnosis can run in parallel.
How long does therapy take?
It depends on the child, and anyone giving you a fixed timeline before assessing your child is selling, not assessing. We commit to written goals and scheduled reviews so you always know whether progress is real.
